Good evening good folk!
Tomorrow I start my class and get the kiddos to play in the land of imagination!
I decided to throw some of the scraps I had together from my 2 big projects and create a few scenes for the children to look at while I talk about Fae and what we are going to create.
Just a few things done quickly but for the kids I think it is effective enough. ;)
Wish me luck!
Oh they are fabulous. I wish I could attend your classes. The kids are going to be in awe. It will be great for their imaginations. Perhaps you could do a staged class for us big kids one day. I'm sure there would be a lot of interest.
ReplyDeleteThanks hon, I think the big kids love to play just as much as the little ones maybe someday I can get one going ;)
DeleteSuper cute, I know they will love the class.

DeleteHi Jane, what kind of class is this? I would love to see a post-teaching blog post.
ReplyDeleteJust a small class for first graders and kindergarten children to teach them the process of making their own fairy gardens ;)
DeleteI will do a finally post of their work in June when the class ends ;)
Thrown together? They're awesome! Can't wait to hear how the class went. Forgive me for taking so long to get here, but Rufus had to go to the vet today. He's looking better already, thankfully! Wow! I'd love to take your class! You'd be a really fun teacher! Thanks for the update--can't wait to hear more. xo Jennifer

Hi Jane!! You are a great sculptor other than a great lady with lots of fantasy, creativity and skills!!!! You threw those trolls together the same way you "threw" together your scraps to make the super cute mini Easter scene???? :) :) :) Wow!!! What about if you had not just thrown a few things together??? What would have come out???? :) :) I hope your first class went well but even I would have been happy to follow your class!!! Anyway, everything you made there, from the trolls to the mini village it's stunning!! No wonder they want you to teach about your creations!!! Super big hug Jane!!
ReplyDeleteCiao Jane, dei bei lavori hai preparato per le tue lezioni con i bambini, divertimento per loro assicurato!
ReplyDeleteUn abbraccio.Manu
I love it!! I hope you've had a great day at school. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the kids will be mesmerized by the trolls and fairies you bring along. That's a great idea. Kids love a visual aid. And those are some awesomely cute visuals!
